What data we collect

When you place an order by phone or agree to text messages, we collect: your name; your mobile phone number; the details of your order; the recording and transcript of the call; and whether and when you agreed to receive text messages (your opt-in consent).

How we use your data

We use this data to take and prepare your order, to send your order confirmation, to keep a record of your consent, and, only if you opted in, to send you coupons, specials and other offers from the restaurant by text. We also use call records to improve accuracy and support.

Text messaging and your mobile information

Mobile information and opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent or trade your phone number. We share data only with service providers that help us run the ordering and messaging service (for example, the phone and text delivery providers), and only so they can perform that service for us.

Your choices

Retention

We keep opt-in records as long as needed to prove consent and to honor your opt-out. Call recordings and order records are kept for a limited period for quality and support.

We use reasonable technical measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure.
